"Still Home"
This spot was created for the Detroit Housing Network’s 2025 property tax campaign to help Detroit homeowners afford rising property taxes and stay current through the HOPE program.
I wrote the script and developed the shot list, shaping both the message and how it shows up on screen. I selected and directed VO talent as well.
The goal was simple: Make it easy to understand. Make the next step clear. Keep people in their homes.
The spot aired as part of a broader campaign that delivered 1,553 TV placements across 26 networks, reaching 58% of the target audience with strong repeat exposure. It contributed to 16,000+ inbound calls, with the majority routed directly to DHN for support.
