This spot was created to equip Detroit residents with the education they need to buy their first home with confidence.


I wrote the script and developed the shot list, shaping both the message and how it comes to life visually. The goal was to meet people where they are and show them that homeownership is possible with the right support.


The spot aired as part of a broader campaign that delivered 1,553 TV placements across 26 networks, reaching 58% of the target audience with consistent visibility . It also contributed to increased web traffic and engagement, helping drive 75K+ new users to the site.
